- Books get autographed to the wrong person or the name is spelled wrong and I have to replace it.
- Display copies get scuffed in the car.
- An adorable child drops a book and some pages get bent.
- And there was this one time, not very long ago, that a delivery driver dropped two entire pallets of books off the back of his semi onto the road!
These defects are entirely cosmetic, dinged corners and scuffed covers. Still, that’s enough that we can’t ship them to bookstores or website orders. So, we offer them to you at steep discount!
